The staff was excellent the hotel was clean I even booked an extra day it was very comfortable and convenient.

Comfortable bed, great staff -and a good breakfast.

The television reception was so poor it was like watching a snowstorm on tv.

The entire property was clean and approachable. The staff was great, and ensured we were comfortable after 30 hours of travel. We were traveling over my daughter's birthday, and the hotel had a special treat waiting for us when we got to the room.

If I had to be picky, the breakfast buffet was just ok. The selection could have been a bit more, and the food quantities didn't seem to stay long on the line (there were many times we had to wait for something). For a large hotel over the holidays, I would expect more.

I liked everything. The staff were friendly and very professional. They were awesome! Obviously trained very well. The swimming pool was really good and a reasonable size. The internet was fast and reliable. I never tried the breakfast so I can't comment on that Overall a very positive impression of the hotel

Loved the pool, the poolside bar and the downstairs cafe. The staff was wonderful. My room ws quiet and comfortable and clean. A great place to start and/or end your day in Bangkok.

Rooms were smaller than expected and it can take an hour or more to get from this location to the river and palace due to traffic.

Kinda decent location. Kinda seedy. But if that’s what’s you’re going for. Then have fun. Nice and modern. Breakfast was actually quite good. Like very good

excellent breakfast location is 10 out of 10room was great, but I made the booking a month back and made the preference of smoking room, who I was checking in the where not aware of smoking so the down graded to 2 queen size bed room and with no view

I requested multiple time for the use of free shuttle to nana station but the staff made excuse and while I was walking one day I saw the shuttle taking guest to the station. 3 times in 3 days I requested but they made different excuses

The staff were so unbelievably accommodating, we could not have enjoyed our stay more. Breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice, the kids particularly loved the special Thai omelettes.Location was brilliant, made even more convenient by the free tuktuk shuttle service. Pool was spotless and has beautiful peaceful view overlooking the city at night.They even made a big fuss of my birthday which was a week before we arrived. We would absolutely stay again!

incompetent and rude bar staff. 1/3 of the bar menu was “not available” and they did not know how to make any cocktails. After informing my dissatisfaction and telling them I will be canceling my reservation, they did nothing to resolve the situation and refused to give my security deposit back in full.

Very comfortable, conveniently located in close proximity to many attractions, and metro station. Many delicious restaurants in the Funan mall.

Two occasions I had no hot water, not ideal at 5am in the morning when you need to go to the airport.Room was very damp, AC seems to be blowing wet air into the room.

It is in the center of the city. Everything is accessible.The breakfast was superb.

The room was a little small.

Great location for nightlife on a brief stopover. Levels nightclub in the same building and an excellent restaurant/bar with dj , Oscars, across the road.

We had such a great time at Aloft Bangkok - Sukhumvit with our family! They let us check in super early, which was a lifesaver after a long flight. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful the whole time.The location is spot on, really close to everything, and the room was clean, comfy, and had a cool vibe. Honestly, everything about the stay was perfect. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
